With its headquarters in Kenilworth, New Jersey, the company primarily serves the tri-state area—New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania—and also operates a licensed branch in Cocoa, Florida.

The company offers 24/7 emergency response and typically arrives within 90 minutes for urgent situations in certain regions. Their certified technicians are trained to manage all types of residential and commercial damage, from structural drying and mold remediation to smoke odor removal and biohazard cleanup. All services follow industry standards, and they hold certifications from organizations like IICRC and NAMRI.

My role in the project

1. Design a Custom Website that Reflects the Brand Identity and Provides a Responsive Experience

Develop a visually distinctive and fully customized website that aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and messaging. This includes incorporating brand-specific design elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and visual motifs that reinforce the company’s values and aesthetic. The website will feature modern, responsive layouts to ensure that content is displayed consistently and intuitively across all devices—including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The goal is to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience that adapts flawlessly to different screen sizes and user behaviors.

2. Develop the Website in a Staging Environment for Testing and Quality Assurance

Build the website within a secure staging environment to allow for thorough testing before going live. This includes evaluating and refining all features, layouts, user interactions, and integrations to ensure everything functions correctly. Testing will cover key areas such as mobile responsiveness, browser compatibility, page speed, form submissions, and plugin behavior. Using a staging site allows for revisions and debugging in a controlled environment without disrupting the live website or user experience.

3. Ensure Ongoing Maintenance and a Bug-Free, Consistent User Experience

Provide regular website maintenance to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance. This includes monitoring for and resolving bugs, software or plugin conflicts, and layout issues.
